The program is structured to provide progressive training at three levels: Elementary Company for dancers in grades 3-5, Junior Company for grades 6-8, and Senior Company for grades 9-12. Company members commit to regular training, performances, and auditions, ensuring they are prepared to take on opportunities in the dance industry. Admission is by audition, selecting dancers who demonstrate both technical skill and a strong work ethic.
