Alana Hill

Director, Elements Urban Arts Collective, LLC

Alana Hill has been an Arts Educator/Administrator for 16 years, serving the DC local arts community in the areas of dance and theater. Alana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a Concentration in Art and is currently directing the Middle and Upper School dance program at Bullis School.

Artistic Director, EDC Senior Company

Kiara Hill a native of Washington DC, has been dancing since the tender age of 4. Kiara has studied many styles of dance including ballet, jazz, contemporary, African, modern, and Hip Hop, and trained in Albert Einstein's VAPA program and at the CityDance Select and Conservatory programs. After graduating high school, Kiara went on to perform with Culture Shock DC and is now a member of the all-female KickRocks Crew. 

Natasha Hawkins

Artistic Director, EDC Junior Company

Natasha Hawkins began dancing at the age of four at the RJV School of Dance in Washington, DC and has trained with local and national talent in hip hop, ballet, and modern. Hawkins was the former Director of DCypher Dance, Joy of Motion Dance Center’s Resident Adult Hip Hop Company, and a dancer with Life, Rhythm, Move Project. Natasha has performed at venues throughout the region including the White House, The Kennedy Center, National Theater, the Atlas Performing Arts Center, and the Jack Guidone Theater.

Cristina Camacho

EDC Elite Advisor & EDC Guest Choreographer

Cristina Camacho started her dance career in Rockville, Maryland, training in contemporary, jazz, and hip-hop. After graduating from high school, she continued her training at the University of Maryland, College Park, where she attained a Bachelor's degree in Dance and Kinesiology. While studying dance, Camacho was cast in numerous faculty and student productions and had the honor of being awarded a Creative and Performing Arts Scholarship. 

Ayden Elder

EUAC Teaching Faculty

Coming from a family of dancers, Ayden Elder started dancing at the young age of 3. Before falling in love with Hip-Hop he took classes in Jazz, Tap, Modern, and Ballet. His parents, Vanessa Carmichael-Elder and Anthony Elder, met and danced together at Motion Mania and continued to Joy of Motion.
